The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The pool was very warm and not overly clean. The room is very small. The outside of the tub was dirty with soap scum. It was about 0.3 miles off of I-Drive. You can walk to the nearest Trolley stop. All in all it was a bed and bath that was comfortable for the price. Staff was helpful with directions and transportation.

Do not stay here! The floors are filthy and it smells like a gym instead of a hotel. Word of advice, if the lobby looks horrible, then your room will probably be *xs worse! Checking in was not a problem, but when I stepped onto to rickety un-airconditioned elevator, I knew my nightmare was beginning! Took us forever to figure out the configuration of the hotel rooms but once we did, we were mortified by the condition of the room. This hotel has obviously experienced some flooding or roof leaks because the carpet in the room was ripplied and smelled moldy.There was a door to an adjoining room in our room (we didn't ask for this) and the only thing holding this door closed was a table! Not Safe! The bathroom celling was unfinished - the wood had been replaced but nothing more. There were even cobwebs over the shower!!!! I immediately went down to the lobby and a staff member agreed to change me over to another room which she described as "BETTER". While this room was one step above our first room, it was still outdated, filthy and moldy - complete with what looked like a boot print on the wall. I am also VERY disappointed in Travelocity's customer service. When we called them about the false advertisement of the hotel (was listed as a 3 star hotel), I was met with reps with poor english speaking skills. This language barrier resulted in my receiving "textbook" responses with no attention to my personal delimna. The hotel called Travel Website to tell them that they weren't going to chage me b/c I checked out, and Travel Website said they would credit my account which was lie, it's been 2 wks and no refund! Will never use Travel Website again!
