i've worked in the hotel industry for 25 years as a manager.i always heard la quinta inns were nice. we found this one and were impressed with it (on the internet). upon arriving in orlando you couldn't find this property but found the other one which was very nice.when we arrived at the correct one :( we were so upset. the lobby nothing like the picture, then the room was located by the laundry( and the room was not like the pictures either). the property had alot to be desired railings needed painting, repair work to the walls, the only way this was a 3 star hotel is because they have a pool other than that it's a 2 star. on a positive note the staff is very polite and helpfull. needless to say we canceled our reservation and went to the other la quinta for $* more a night and loved it.

Finding the hotel was the problem there was 2 La Quinta's The first one looked alot better than the one I booked. Would of liked to try the other. It was tucked away from the road so little hard to find.

I arrived in the late evening and checked in. My room door was standing half open when I arrived. From a security standpoint, I wondered if someone was still in the room or not. I had a dinner date so needed to freshen up. The sink was plugged. I pulled a wad of hair from the sink a half foot long. Very gross! The room reeked of smoke. I told front desk and they moved me to a non smoking room. There was a spider on the pillow when I went to bed. Otherwise, the room was clean. Then the dog next door started barking. I understand it was a pet allowed facility but if the people left the room the dog barked constantly. I'm not hard to please but I will never stay at a LaQuinta again. I am in their points program even but my overall experience was very poor. The staff was friendly and understanding but the rooms left much to be desired.

We just came back from Florida and this is the hotel we stayed at. It was our first time to Florida and staying with this chain. The location is perfect its right off of International Dr. not far at all from food Disney and Sea World. Im very picky about how clean hotels are and I had no complaints at this hotel. The rooms and pool area were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and things to do in the area. We will stay here again.
