Stayed at Days Inn for Mardi Gras celebration at Universal Orlando. Just a few miles away and we took cab about $10.00. We got back after 2am and have no complaints with this Hotel. I will return again.

It felt like we couldn't have any peace. our floor was wet and there was mold growing in our room we had to get a room change. Before we got a room change two men came in the room to take a look t the bathroom. Talk about privacy. The only time i felt comfortable was when I left.

DO NOT STAY !!!!!!!!! Got there and found it next door to the jail. People running around all hours of the night and loud.People in pool all hours the night Hair in the drains and the toilet had to flushed several times .Kids played in pool and said it was dirty and tasted bad when they got it in their mouth, stayed in 5 mins. 2nd day didn't go back to it. Housekeeping was very rude ,don't do a good job cleaning room.

The outside of the building looked very nice. The sink had hair shavings in it, the tub had hair in it, the table by the bed was dusty and had cup rings on it, the carpet had not been swept. One of the elevators did not work. No one would bring us pillow cases for the pillows.

I made my reservation online and reviewed the pictures thinking it would give me a ""fair"" idea of the hotel's conditions. However, I was quite shocked to arrive to the hotel and see a prison located directly next door. We are talking like 50 yards away folks! And to make matters worse, it is quite common for ex-prisoners to stay at this hotel after their release! But that wasn't the worse of my experience. The customer service was horrible. I am a former hotel manager and I was not impressed with the service. The staff was amazingly rude...I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
