Dirty rooms and rude management seems to be the rule here. Lousy part of Orlando to be in(high drug-traffic area) and the so-called security idiots spend more time eye-balling the paying guest like THEY'RE the criminals, instead of watching the parking lot for all the neighborhood riff-raff that is a constant nuisance and threat. Stay away from this dump at all costs!

Front desk was wonderful, they made the experience much better than the disaster it could have been. Door key did not work at first, maintenance man was terrific, he made sure that I got in and then radio'd the desk to assure that I got a new key right away. Staff was always very friendly. They were great. The large roach in the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The health department shut down the breakfast after my first morning of my 6 night stay. Staff was very apologetic. Breakfast did resume after a few days.

Served its purpose of being Centrally located bed for my trip. Only Fast food nearby. Shower head was only about five feet above the tub; I was clean from my chest down until we went to the pool. Salt rings around both pools and the water was just unbearably salty. TV stations barely came in. No extra pillows anywhere. Good little cont.breakfast Call ahead; check cost, if pool is usable and if the pillows came in. If you are looking to stop in, crash, grab a lil grub, and leave in the morning, this is perfect. If you are on vacation, look on I-drive for a real hotel

The desk clerk was RUDE and unaccomodating... both on check in and out. The room was awful, ants, dirty sheets, broken and moldy tiles in the bathroom, spiderwebs in the curtians... I would not let my dog stay there......
