We stayed for 3 nights at the end of June 2010. 1 adult and 3 kids. Huge 1 bedroom with fold out couch (very comfortable which was a surprise) in the living area. Rooms were very clean, quiet and luxurious. The pools were great and never crowded. Staff was very friendly. Walked to Sea World and Discovery Cove. Loved the full size refrigerator, we just bought food at the Publix grocery store and ate in. It was so relaxing to come back to after the noise, crowds of the parks. We thought it was great and would most definitely stay again. Plus a really good deal. We've been stuck in some marginal hotels during sports tournaments so this was a great treat! Would recommend it highly. Also felt very safe and secure.

We stayed here for 7 days in July 2010. It was terrible right from the start. Our first room assigned to us was outdated, way in the back of the campus, the doors are so paper-thin we could hear everything next door and the a/c was broken. I asked for a different room closer to the clubhouse. We were given a much nicer room. However, the housekeeping was ok, not great. We found a few bugs on the wall, floor, but the worst was a bug on my bedsheets! We reserved a studio apt. for 1 adult, 1 child. The room was tiny once you opened up the sofa bed. I could not open the screened in balcony porch door which gave you a view of more hotel rooms. The tv was broken. Called for service. No one ever showed up. The pools were nice, but too many teenagers playing football accross the whole length of the pool. Not enjoyable for others. Overall, the hotel was a rip-off! I would never go back and do not recommend it for others.

This hotel is more resort like. Offers daily activities. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious. The property is well maintained and has great pools. Very relaxing. Even though we stayed at a peak vacation time, the place did not seem overly crowded. The pools are well laid out they did not seem overcrowded. We especially enjoyed the movie night at the pool, where a giant movie screen was set up and a movie was played , so you could enjoy the movie and pool at the same time. There were ping pong tables, pool table, playground, etc. The little convenience store was well....convenient. Our room was located in the Tucker Town building. It is the closest to the Sea World Parking lot (Sea World is right across the street). Which made for a quick 10 min walk to Sea World. Also in the evenings, we had a perfect view of the nightly firework show (make sure you get 5th or 6th floor if you want to enjoy this). Aside from some occasional street noise (noisy motorcycle, honking horn), this was an ideal room location....Short walk to pools, short walk to Sea World, and view of Fireworks. There is a CVS(?) drugstore directly across the street if you need something in a pinch. Also within a mile drive or less is a Publix, gas, pizza, anything you might need.

Room was wasn't clean for several nights , everyone in housekeeper only spoke spanish so communication was not there. Charge for the internet *$ for every 1min. Guest CS at the front desk were not friendly if you have an issue. I thought not doing the timeshare presentation anad pay for the entire would mean something, NOT!!!
