My fiance and I just got back form this hotel July 2010 and everything about it was amazing! The staff there are all very helpful and friendly. The pool area with the tiki bar is beautiful and very relaxing. The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable. The shuttle to universal is very convenient. It leaves early in the morning and picks you up later at night.When they tell you the times its sounds like a long time to wait for it to come back but, its perfect if you plan on doing a whole park in one day. Overall we enjoyed everything about this hotel and will definitely be staying there anytime we visit Orlando again!

GREAT HOTEL FREE SHUTTLES TO MOST OF THE THEME PARKS, NICE POOL, GREAT ROOM SERVICE, A LITTLE BIT OF A "LITTER PROBLEM" PIZZA COMPANIES LEAVING FLYERS UNDER YOUR DOOR, A LITTLE OUT OF THE WAY OFF FROM THE MAIN DRAG OF INTERNATIONAL DRIVE HAVE TO CROSS A BUSY INTERSECTION SAND LAKE ROAD AND INTERNATIONAL DRIVE, CAN TAKE THE TROLLEY THOUGH IF YOUR NOT INTO WALKING

Excellent hotel. Mini bar next to the pool & jacuzzi area is convenient & makes for a romantic evening and atmosphere if you're a couple. The sports bar inside the hotel is also excellent for the individual who is just chilling and wants to watch sports. We all watched the NCAA basketball championship (Butler vs Duke), ate hot wings from their restaurant and had a blast doing so. The two female bartenders were beautiful and made every drink correctly. Beds in rooms were soft and had plenty of pillows for when I wanted to lounge around. Last but not least, this hotel is close to Universal & Wet and wild. My family and I had five separate rooms with this particuliar Crowne Plaza over the Easter Weekend, and I can honestly say the entire hotel staff took care of each one of us. I was the last one to check out, but after conversing with my other family members after the stay; we all plan to visit this hotel again next year.
