Loved the veiws from the room and balcony. Rooms were nice. Other reviews were helpful in choosing this hotel. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff not very helpful. Had to request face cloths for room, and told they could only provide two, four people staying in room. Ice machines were not reliable.

The site indicates that they provide free transportation to all sites INCLUDING Disney World. In fact, they only provide transportaion to Disney World and that is on a limited schedule. We had to pay a cab to go to Universal the first day and rent a car and pay parking for the remainder of our stay. They were not willing to make any adjustment in our bill to make up for this. The breakfast is free but the room is always packed. It usually took us 20 minutes in line to make a waffle and the line blocks other people from accessing drinks and toasters. There were never any tables available. By the last day we gave up on this and went to IHOP. The rooms were OK but the bathroom door was warped and kept getting stuck

Breakfast ended at 8:30 but when we arrived at 8:10 we could not have waffles or eggs. We had to settle for a cold bagel and fruit. They do not provide transportation to Universal, unlike the information provided. The staff was very abrupt and cold. The bathroom in our room had staining on the floor and shower. It was clean but you could tell something harsh was spilt on the floor. We booked for 4 people and had towels for 2, both nights!

For the price we paid the hotel was a good deal. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot and had good pressure. The continental breakfast was lacking(toast, cereal, coffee, juice) enough to get something in your system. From our room on the top floor we could see universal studios (less than 2 miles) and disney was only a short drive away. There were many resturaunts that were in walking distance that could satisfy most everyone. I would recomend this hotel to people that would like to save some money

Ramada Inn, Orlando. The room we were in needed a lot of repairs such as: 1. Drain in bathroon sink drained very slooooowly. 2. The plumbing for the hot and cold faucets in the shower were cross plumbed. (You turned to the cold side for hot water) 3. Alarm on clock radio did not work. 4. Dead bolt on door stickes, hard to open. 5. The telephone did not work (you got a dial tone but it never rang @ the desk. No! I would not go back to that motel and the whole experience make me suspictious
