The hotel and resort have very nice clean accomodations but - Everything is an extra, often nonoptional, charge. There is a mnadatory */day resort fee which is outrageous. Since when is using the hotel pool an extra. There is limited places on site to buy simple things like a cup of coffee or a newspaper. The shops have limiited hours which don't seem to be clearly posted.

We chose this hotel because of rating and price and were very disappoint after all. After we checked in the hotel room, we noticed that the carpet between the two beds were wet so the front desk was alerted then the maid came stating she will send some body down to take care of it. No one ever came to dry it that day or even the next. We just throw a dry bath tower over it and it finnaly dry when we check out 3 days later.!!! The water on the sink was slow draining even when just washing hands, everytime we use it we have to wait for the water to drain before turning it on again. The gate picture of use by this hotel is actually belongs to the town community not the hotel, don't get the wrong impression like us. Remember that the price you see when booking doesn't include any extra fee such as resort, parking, tax,... In our experiences, we ended up paying an additional 60% of the room rates for these fees so at the end it is not cheap at all.

hotel was very 5 star atmosphere - pool was fabulous so many things for kids to do - lazy river, pool slide, basketball in and out of pool, splash pad area and large fountain splash in wading pool for little ones. Very family oriented place. Must show room key to enter into pool area so outsiders are not just dropping in to use what guests have paid for. Pool grounds not too big of an area -kids can roam from one area to another without worry of safety or locating them. Restaurant pool side food very good but pricey (2 cheeseburgers an 1 chicken finger meal plus tip $*) also service was way too slow and understaffed for spring break time of year - but wouldnt stop me from returning. Rooms are smaller but still didnt mind because of the pool and overall feel of the hotel. Parking was not miles away- similiar distance as if you were shopping at Target - valet also available at extra cost and can easily load and unload in main drive. Great conveniences short drive 5 min...McDonalds, Walgreens are actually right inside gates of property area, Dunkin Donuts down the street little further up maybe 8 minutes - we ate breakfast there twice and came right back. Ran to Walgreens several times for water and snacks to avoid costs at hotel. Would definitely return just cant beat the fun pool area and decent hotel rate. Also not too bad of drive from Magic Kingdom.

Was very nice, had a great time at the pool area. Regardless of what Travelocity says, there is a $* resort fee, plus tax, comes to $*; I called first and was assured all fees were included but got a bill in the AM anyway. Hotel manager waived the fee after complaining. Very professional.

This hotel is the best. The staff goes way out of their way to make you feel at home. They are so helpful and nice. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Our room had a balcony and the view was over the pools and golf course. Amazing. The 2 pools and lazy river are the best. You can spend the whole day out there and the time just flies. It is so relaxing. The grounds are so well kept and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with kids or without, young or old. You won't be disappointed.
