My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Bonnet Creek just last weekend and were simply amazed by the courtesy, cleanliness, and amenities this hotel had to offer! It was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a refrigerator and personal safe in each room for convenience which I was proud to see. The bathrooms are elegant without being overboard. The bed was amazing, haven't slept that good in years! And the lazy river was the most fabulous invention ever created! We unwound each day in the pool just floating along and goofing off! With or without a ring, the current pulls you along and at the deepest point, 48" it is the perfect depth. There are a couple main swimming areas which give different areas to play in, as well as several hot tubs to relax in. We were unable to bring out children, but observed it to be very kid-friendly. The children we observed appeared to be having a wonderful time! We will definitely come and stay here again, and again!

We stayed @ the Hilton Bonnet Creek for 4 nights during a 19 day trip to FL in May-June 2010. We by far enjoyed the Hilton over the Hard Rock at Universal, for less than 1/2 the price to boot. The staff was awesome, even remembering my name days after check-in. The room was spacious & spotless, view was awesome, pool & lazy river were fantastic!!

This Hotel is perfect for a Disney vacation! Very modern, clean, elegant and peacefull. The pool with a lazy river and movies for the kids ever night is great. Location is very good, rooms pretty comfortable and clean. Will stay again without any doubt!!!

Found the property, staff, and rooms to be very good. Rooms have pillow top beds, flat screen TV and refrigerater. We did not use the bus service. We did however have breakfast. It was very good but pricey - if you are going to go, have the buffet, it is worth the couple of extra dollars. Also recomend the vallet service. You will be charged for parking in the ajacent garage. Again, for a few dollars more, let them bring the car around for you. If you want a view of Disney you will be charged an upcharge. We liked the view but not really worth the money as the parks are to far away. If you can't help yourself though, get a room on one of the upper floors.

I visited on May 7th-9th. It really is a lovely hotel. POOL: The pool area is one of the best I have seen in Orlando. The majority of the pool is not deeper than 4 feet. I felt comfortable with my son playing a slight distance from me because he was able to stand with his head above water. It has a lazy river you can enjoy with or without an interube ($* rental). Weather permitting, they show a movie at the pool and you can be in the pool until midnight! ROOM: Rooms are small but clean. Our room did not have a mini fridge. We ate at the Harvest Bistro buffet both nights for $* per person , kids eat free. The food quslity was good. Parking * per day or * by valet. Take shuttle to parks for free. If you have an iphone you can download shuttle times and some of the parks wait times for each ride. STAFF: Polite at check in and check out Waiters were excellent The young gentleman at the pool lacked serious customer service skills but we managed to resolve our issue. OVERALL: It was an awesome stay!!
